Glucose Clamp Technique in Diabetes Research

The glucose clamp technique is a gold-standard method used in diabetes research to assess insulin sensitivity and secretion. This technique involves infusing insulin and glucose in a controlled manner to maintain plasma glucose levels at a predetermined target.
