Isaac Clarks Ackah

Biography:

Ackah Isaac is currently pursuing an MSc in Dietetics at the University of Ghana. His research focuses on the anti-diabetic effects of food-based plant extracts on diabetic rat models. He holds a BSc in Animal Biology and has gained research experience at the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research. His interests include phytotherapy, food safety, toxicology, and laboratory animal science.
