The intricate relationship between metabolic disorders & obesity plays a pivotal role in diabetes pathogenesis. Dysregulated lipid metabolism and hormonal imbalances further exacerbate metabolic dysfunction, contributing to conditions such as metabolic syndrome and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Emerging research highlights the role of gut microbiota and genetic predisposition in metabolic health. Novel therapeutic strategies, including GLP-1 receptor agonists, bariatric surgery, and personalized nutrition plans, are proving effective in managing obesity-driven metabolic disorders. A multidisciplinary approach integrating pharmacotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and early screening is essential for preventing disease progression.
